For more than a decade, Andrew Ferrett served as lead director and producer for an acclaimed documentary film project chronicling five centuries of Philadelphia history. Unfolding in episodes created for broadcast and streaming, the work of History Making Productions was commended by critics and scholars, studied in school curricula, seen by hundreds of thousands of viewers on ABC and PBS, and engaged a wide following on YouTube. Films under Andrew’s supervision won a total of 22 Mid-Atlantic Emmy Awards, including nine Emmys awarded to Andrew as a Producer, Director, and Writer.
